If you are seeing this text, it is most likely due to your browser blocking dynamic html, that means a web page that downloads what it is about to show as it goes.
This is perfectly safe behaviour and used amongst others in Gmail and similar active content sites.
If you are using Internet Explorer you can add this site to the trusted zone to enable the functionality this site requires, or you can enable use of ActiveX components (Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting).
Or just use Mozilla Firefox, it should have the active content download option enabled by default.
